Leading global home improvement retailer cites superior customer service and commitment to partnership in Arrive’s second straight win

Austin, Texas (March 9, 2023)Arrive Logistics, a leading multimodal transportation and technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, has been named broker Carrier of the Year for two years running by The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer.

The Home Depot sets high standards for the delivery of their products to stores and customers, proven by a $1.2 billion supply chain investment in 2017 over five years with the intention of reaching 90% of Americans with next-day shipping. Maintaining high standards of service for the company is a must for its transportation partners and Arrive delivered just that in 2022–moving The Home Depot products nationwide with on-time-delivery scores that rank among the highest in the industry.

“Arrive is proud to be a trusted partner for The Home Depot, a brand held in such high regard not only in the retail industry, but in transportation as well,” said Matt Pyatt, Arrive CEO & co-founder. “The company’s strong emphasis on service matches our culture, pairing a relentless approach to meeting the needs of our customers with the personal investment to deliver.”

The Broker Carrier of the Year honor is a testament not only to Arrive’s obsession over service and hard working mentality, but to service at scale only possible through Arrive’s proprietary technology platform, ARRIVEnow™. ARRIVEnow’s digital solutions enable the company’s teams to operate quickly and efficiently, in order to focus on the tailored needs for various loads.

Setting impressive performance metrics with high tender acceptance, on-time pick-up, on-time delivery, and EDI compliance are imperative to achieve high levels of trust with a customer such as The Home Depot, and Arrive’s complement of dedicated people powered by best-in-class technology is what drives the shared success we set to accomplish with valued partners.

“We are honored to win this award in back-to-back years. It is a true embodiment of Arrive’s commitment to our partners,” said Dave Reiss, Arrive Senior Vice President, Strategic Partners. “We get the job done, no matter the circumstances or obstacles. That’s the way we approach our relationship with The Home Depot, a company that sets high expectations for its carriers to meet the same values they set in delivering for their customers.”

“I am proud to partner with a world-class organization such as The Home Depot, who makes it easy to give 110% each day to meet the shared needs of our teams.” said David Rivers, Arrive Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts. “We set aggressive goals for our service and to be recognized for this award again is a reflection on the efforts of our entire team.”
