ANNIE WIRTHLIN – MIAMI UNIVERSITY 2019

Where did you go to school?

I graduated from Miami University in May, 2019 where I majored in supply chain and operations management.

How did you first hear about Arrive?

I first heard about Arrive at Miami’s career fair my junior year. I walked up to their booth and started talking to the recruiters about possible internship opportunities. At the time, there weren’t any available but I still got to have a great conversation with Mia. A couple months later, she reached out to inform me that Arrive was opening up an internship program and to offer me a spot.

What keeps you here?

The culture and the leadership definitely keep me here. I always knew I wanted to go into sales and I believe Arrive is the best place to do that. I feel like I’m actually valued here and that the tools this job gives me can bring me a lot of success. It’s a great, energetic place to work and I love it here.

Have any advice for soon to be college grads?

Put your head down and work as hard as you can. You don’t have anything going on right after college so it’s a good time to work hard and learn a lot. Keep an open mind toward new ideas and new ways of thinking, there’s always something new for you to learn. Also, try to get to know as many people as possible because those connections really help.
