AUSTIN, TEXAS – Arrive Logistics is proud to announce it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the third consecutive year and honored as one of the Top Workplaces in the USA for the fourth consecutive year.

These accolades showcase Arrive’s unwavering commitment to cultivating a workplace that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, professional development and strong employee relationships. Both recognitions are based on comprehensive employee surveys assessing culture, satisfaction and engagement across Arrive’s offices in Austin, San Antonio, Chicago, Columbus, Tampa, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Toronto and Guadalajara.

“Earning these distinctions year after year speaks volumes about Arrive’s culture and workplace experience,” said Jonathan Schoonmaker, Chief People Officer. “We firmly believe that achieving our company goals starts with the investment we make in our people. By prioritizing their well-being and growth, we create the foundation for individual and organizational success.”

Arrive’s continued growth is fueled by a focus on providing employees with opportunities to learn and thrive from day one. Key initiatives include:

  • Sales Mentorship Program: Available to new and veteran sales team members, this program goes beyond merely providing hands-on experience; it focuses on fostering personal connections and building a sense of belonging within the organization.
  • Sales Training Program: Every new sales team member is set up for success through an immersive and supportive six to nine month training program that equips them with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to excel regardless of previous experience.
  • Career Advancement Opportunities: Every Arrive team member can access ongoing training, mentorship and coaching opportunities. Arrive invests in these programs to help team members realize their potential while building a highly-skilled workforce that ultimately benefits our organization and customers.
  • Team Engagement: In 2024, Arrive reallocated $1M in funds from corporate spending programs back to individual teams to use for engagement activities like meals, outings, team-building events, milestone celebrations and more. This year, the company is dedicating multi-millions to engagement budgets to drive connectivity and collaboration across its nine offices.

These initiatives reflect Arrive’s people-first culture, which prioritizes growth, collaboration and community. By investing in its employees, Arrive continues to maintain its position as a market leader year after year.

According to Great Place to Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find an exceptional manager at a certified workplace. Additionally, employees at certified companies are 93 percent more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to feel they are paid fairly, share in company profits and have equitable opportunities for promotion.
