Arrive Logistics has been recognized as a Top Workplace in the USA for the third consecutive year. The honor is based entirely on employee survey results and highlights companies that invest in their employees and prioritize a people-centered culture.

“As we celebrate this achievement, we remain steadfast in our commitment to investing in our employees,” says Jonathan Schoonmaker, Chief People Officer at Arrive Logistics. “We believe that success is rooted in our commitment to cultivating a supportive environment for all Arrive team members and because of that, can continue to push boundaries and drive innovation in our industry.”

This award is a testament to the collaborative and energetic culture we’ve established across Arrive offices in Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Tampa, FL; Columbus, OH; and Phoenix, AZ.

We remain dedicated to providing a leading employment experience through elite sales mentorship, training, career advancement programs and other people-first initiatives.

  • Sales Mentorship Program – Available to new and veteran sales team members, this program goes beyond merely providing hands-on experience; it also focuses on fostering personal connections and building a sense of belonging within the organization.
  • Sales Training Program – We set every new sales team member up for success through an immersive and supportive six to nine month training program that equips them with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to excel regardless of previous experience.
  • Career Advancement Opportunities – Every Arrive team member can access ongoing training, mentorship and coaching opportunities. We invest in these programs to help team members realize their potential while building a highly-skilled workforce that ultimately benefits our organization and the customers we serve.
  • Team Engagement – We reallocated funds from our corporate spending programs back in the hands of teams for engagement activities like meals, outings, team-building events, milestone celebrations and more.

Arrive’s Social Committee – This engagement program drives collaboration by ensuring events are planned by employees, for employees.

Here is what some of our team members have to say about these programs and the Arrive experience:

“The mentorship program has been invaluable to my learning process at Arrive. My mentor is committed to teaching me all the tools I need to be successful and showing me what true success looks like in this industry.” -Matt Bull, Business Development Representative.

“Arrive was my first job out of college, and I was brand new to logistics and being a broker. I am extremely grateful for my mentors over the years who have taught me everything I know about the industry. I originally came in on the carrier side but transitioned to operations, where I’ve spent most of my career. I’m now an Enterprise Team Lead and get the opportunity to pay everything forward by coaching and developing Account Executives and helping them grow their careers.” – Maddie Chang, Client Success Team Lead.
