Our Core Principles

  • Integrity. We conduct all business with honesty and transparency. Our Company’s reputation for integrity is one of our most valuable assets.
  • Respect. We treat everyone, including employees, colleagues, customers and partners with respect and dignity, recognizing that our differences make us stronger. We do not tolerate discrimination based on characteristics such as race, age, gender, religion or any other protected category under state and federal laws, nor do we tolerate harassment in any form.
  • Compliance. We adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and the legal and highest ethical standards appropriate to our business.
  • Responsibility. We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and decisions, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Commitment to Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption

  • Zero Tolerance for Bribery. We strictly prohibit offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting bribes or
    kickbacks in any form. All decisions are made based solely on merit and integrity.
  • No Facilitation Payments. The Company does not permit small payments intended to expedite
    or secure routine governmental actions.
  • Gifts and Hospitality. Any gifts or hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, and transparently documented.
  • Compliance with Laws. We oppose and strictly avoid any engagement that contravenes or violates applicable laws or regulations related to corruption or bribery including but not limited to,
    the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Preventing Money Laundering

  • Due Diligence. We thoroughly vet all clients, partners, and third parties to prevent potential involvement in money laundering activities
  • Monitoring. The Company implements ongoing monitoring of third-party performance and transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and proper conduct.
  • Reporting. We encourage the prompt reporting of any suspicious financial activities or irregularities to appropriate internal authorities, ensuring a secure and compliant business environment.
  • Ongoing Training. We provide regular, comprehensive training to our teams to ensure they understand anti-money laundering laws, recognize potential risks and fulfill their responsibilities in preventing illicit financial activities.
  • Compliance with Laws. We adhere to all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations,
    maintaining a commitment to transparency and ethical financial practices.

Economic Sanctions

Compliance with Laws. We adhere to all applicable economic sanctions, trade sanctions, financial sanctions, trade embargoes, anti-terrorism laws and other sanctions (including, but not limited to, those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)).

Encouraging Honest Reporting

  • Open Environment. We are committed to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability,
    where employees feel safe to report unethical behavior or violations of policies without fear of retaliation.
  • Confidentiality and Protection. We safeguard the confidentiality and security of individuals who
    report concerns or violations in good faith. Retaliation against anyone who raises a legitimate concern is strictly prohibited.
  • Clear Reporting Channels. We provide clear and accessible reporting mechanisms ensuring
    everyone knows how to report concerns and receive timely follow-up.
  • Commitment to Action. The Company thoroughly investigates all reports of misconduct or unethical behavior and takes appropriate corrective action when necessary.

Ensuring Compliance and Accountability

  • Regular Reviews. We conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with our
    Code of Conduct. This process includes adapting to changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to maintain the highest level of ethical and legal alignment.
  • Consequences for Violations. Violations of our Code are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination. In cases of severe misconduct, the Company
    may initiate legal proceedings to address the violation.
  • Responsibility and Oversight. Leadership and management are responsible for promoting
    compliance within their teams, addressing potential violations promptly and fostering a culture of
    accountability throughout the Company.

Chad Eichelberger is the President of Reliance Partners. Since 2015, he’s leveraged his extensive experience in risk management, compliance, best practices and contracts to lead the company’s logistics and truck insurance strategy and operations. Chad was previously the President of Access America Transport, where he led the company from $8M to over $600M in revenue.
