As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will partner with our Global Services, Business Operations and Sales teams to find quality candidates for roles across the most diverse verticals of our business. You will oversee the full life cycle recruitment process and use your specialized expertise in local talent markets to identify and secure top talent for Arrive. What You’ll Do
- Provide full cycle recruitment support to open positions in our Guadalajara, Mexico office for our Global Services, Business Operations and Sales teams.
- Build and manage a robust high volume global services pipeline that drives both quality and volume.
- Understand and promote our company culture and employment brand; leverage the culture and brand in all aspects of the candidate lifecycle.
- Provide on-site support in our Guadalajara office for candidates coming to our office location for interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR and Arrive leadership to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
- Cultivate the candidate experience! Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers in order to define and understand their desired candidate traits and master the details of their open positions.
- Find Talent! Identify candidates with the ideal skill sets for open positions by using creativity and a variety of sourcing tools such as our ATS System (Lever), LinkedIn, Indeed, industry networking groups, employee referrals and more.
- Use Boolean search to identify qualified passive candidates for hard to fill roles.
- Promote efficiency and transparency by providing frequent communication and updates to both hiring managers and candidates.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure the team is set up for success and any roadblocks are identified and problem-solved.
- Act as a true recruiting partner by providing insights, recommendations and solutions to hiring managers during challenging recruitment processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert on the job market. You know talent market trends, and can provide insight on key factors and challenges that a new role could present.
- Bring a passion and drive for finding candidates of all backgrounds, soft skill sets, and technical competencies.
- Coordinate interviews with our hiring managers and ensure they are set up for success.
- Act as a valuable liaison during the offer process through negotiation and expectation setting.
- Coordinate with Recruiting, Legal, Total Rewards, and Arrive leadership to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide full cycle recruitment support to additional regions and/or contribute to additional recruiting projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates as assigned.
- Learn our industry from the ground up through formal training, on-site shadowing, and on-the-job education.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and 4+ years of experience in a comparable recruiting role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual fluency (Spanish/English) required.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to the employment, recruitment, and placement of new hires in Mexico.
- Experience filling sales, call center or other high-volume positions required.
- Experience filling senior/executive-level or specialized technical roles, strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with various recruiting platforms, including Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter, Glassdoor, Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, etc.
- Previous experience using Lever or another comparable Applicant Tracking System.
- A proven work ethic and ability to work flexible hours when needed.
