Strategic partnership with leading North American Truckload Brokerage expands coverage and service for full truckload offering.

ATLANTA, October 1st, 2024  Stord, a leader in high-volume fulfillment services and commerce enablement technology for omnichannel mid-market and enterprise brands, announced a strategic partnership with Arrive Logistics to deliver best-in-class capabilities for their customers with FTL shipping needs. Arrive ranks among North America’s largest truckload brokerages, with over 1,700 team members working across nine North American offices to support over 4,000 shippers and 10,000 core carriers.

Stord is positioned to aggressively invest in its core offerings, high-volume e-commerce fulfillment and omnichannel distribution, while leveraging Arrive Logistics’ scaled technology and operations for FTL solutions. Over 25 enterprise shippers have recognized Arrive for service excellence in the last 18 months—no other provider offers that level of service at scale. Building on the foundations of this partnership, Stord will serve as Arrive Logistics preferred ecommerce fulfillment and omnichannel distribution partner.

“We are thrilled to partner with Arrive Logistics to provide the best service, coverage, technology, and pricing for our customers’ truckload shipping needs,” said Doug King, VP of Transportation. “This partnership allows us to provide Stord customers with the best freight capabilities while our internal teams continue to double down on core e-commerce enablement solutions, particularly our fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and commerce technology.”

Stord customers will benefit from Arrive’s market leading freight technology that provides real-time shipment location and optimized rates. These systems will be integrated directly with Stord’s fulfillment centers and order management system, Stord One Commerce, to seamlessly bridge the gap between any delivery origination or destination for maximum efficiency and reliability.

“Stord has an excellent customer base, and the management team is committed to providing them with a best-in-class experience—that is why this partnership makes sense,” said Jason Zwirkoski, Chief Revenue Officer of Arrive Logistics. “Arrive will offer the shippers in Stord’s network an immediate advantage when operating in the FTL market. This partnership additionally expands Arrive’s solutions with Stord as a preferred ecommerce fulfillment and distribution partner.”

Stord and Arrive both bring respective services and technology to this partnership, but above all both teams share a culture of customer-obsession and a commitment to innovation in their respective industries.

“Stord has always been relentlessly committed to our customers, and this partnership is a direct reflection of that obsession. This partnership allows our internal teams to focus on our market-leading strengths in e-commerce enablement technology and fulfillment services while delivering exceptional capabilities, through Arrive Logistics, in FTL shipping. This partnership allows Stord to focus all of our resources on unlocking the best pre-purchase and post-delivery consumer experience for our customers. Meanwhile, with the support of Arrive Logistics, we can provide better rates, technology, and service to our customers shipping FTL. We look forward to a successful partnership with Arrive Logistics.” said Sean Henry, CEO and co-founder of Stord.
