The Home Depot has named leading multimodal transportation and technology company Arrive Logistics its Broker Carrier of the Year for the third time since 2021. The award recognizes Arrive’s commitment to fostering a strategic partnership with The Home Depot rooted in service and execution excellence.

More than two-thirds of U.S. shoppers made a trip to The Home Depot in 2023, leading the company to generate over $150 billion in sales and maintain its position as the world’s largest home improvement retailer.

Keeping shelves stocked at more than 2,300 North American stores requires a highly complex supply chain built on rigorous service standards and a commitment to innovation. In 2017, The Home Depot invested $1.2 billion to enable same-day shopping for 90% of Americans, underscoring its commitment to creating a world-class customer experience and making supply chain excellence a definitive competitive advantage.

“The Home Depot operates one of the most impressive supply chains in the industry,” said Arrive SVP of Strategic Partners Dave Reiss. “It is an honor to receive this award from an industry leader and outstanding partner.”

Arrive Logistics has been a proud partner of The Home Depot since 2020, providing best-in-class service through a relentless focus on relationships, service and execution that has earned the company Broker Carrier of the Year distinction for three straight years.

“Being recognized by such a renowned leader for three consecutive years is an honor and a testament to the dedication of our entire organization, especially the Client Success Team,” said David Rivers, Arrive SVP of Strategic Accounts. “The Home Depot is a shipper of choice and they have influenced our organization in many positive ways. They push us to innovate and deliver creative solutions to highly complex challenges and we have consistently answered the call by strengthening and expanding our services to achieve the aggressive goals we set together.”

Arrive’s Co-Pilot model has also been a cornerstone of the company’s success with The Home Depot. Built on the belief that the best solutions are powered by technology, driven by data and delivered by people, this hybrid approach leverages the company’s proprietary tech platform ARRIVEnow™ to automate once manual parts of the load life cycle. This automation allows Arrive’s award-winning team to focus on strategic planning, complex problem solving and other work that requires a personal touch, ultimately elevating the customer experience.

“Earning this award three years in a row is a monumental achievement for everyone at Arrive Logistics,” said Jason Zwirkoski, Chief Revenue Officer at Arrive Logistics. “It speaks volumes about our culture of service,  technology, and collaborative partnership with The Home Depot. Our companies share a commitment to excellence, and we look forward to continuing to deliver unparalleled service for years to come.”
