Three of Arrive Logistics executives, Will Diaz, Vice President of Business Development, Neil Thomas, Vice President of Carrier Sales, and Aaron Galer, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partners, have been honored as “Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This annual award recognizes outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for others looking to grow in their supply chain careers.
Diaz has been honored with the “Lifetime Achievement” award for his contributions to the supply chain space over the past 12 years. Diaz’s journey with Arrive began in 2016. Since then, he has supported Arrive’s unprecedented growth, taking a hands-on leadership role in opening its Chicago, Phoenix and Columbus offices. He spearheaded the development of a comprehensive training program to ensure the smooth transition and success of all new sales team members. Diaz is a constant culture champion, evolving the employee experience through Arrive’s mentorship program, which has improved training and professional development at a tactical level and has fostered accountability within mentee relationships.
Thomas, Vice President of Carrier Sales, was awarded the Pros to Know “Rising Stars” award for his efforts in helping to scale the company both with transportation partners and top-tier talent. He has successfully led the growth of Arrive’s Carrier Sales department in its Chicago office upon its opening in 2016. His initiatives have significantly enhanced service delivery and productivity, most notably through the overhaul of Arrive’s tracking board and the improvements made to the company’s after-hours and weekend coverage processes. Thomas also dedicates his time to foster relationships with carriers in Arrive’s network and enhance the company’s customer service; ultimately championing Arrive’s mission, “We Deliver, So You Can.”
Since 2019, Aaron Galer has leveraged his deep experience as a shipper in the consumer goods industry to strengthen Arrive’s sales force and many facets of our internal operations. His relentless commitment to delivering best-in-class service has led Arrive to forge dozens of new partnerships with enterprise shippers including Trident Seafood, Domino’s, and many more. With a unique ability to think like a shipper and a proven track record in procurement, operations, and sales, Galer is an invaluable strategic asset to countless customers and a leader and mentor to Arrive’s team.
